Privacy
Policy.
Privacy Policy.
AWSNegotiations ("we", "us") operates awsnegotiations.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit the Site, submit a form, subscribe to our newsletter, or engage us for advisory services.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, newsletter signup, or any gated download form, we collect your name, work email address, company name, role, indicated AWS spend range, and any message content you provide. When you visit the Site we collect standard server-log information including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
Form submissions are routed to our internal negotiation team via Formspree and used only to respond to your inquiry, deliver requested downloads, or send newsletter content you opted in to receive. We do not sell or rent contact information to third parties. We do not share submitted information with Amazon Web Services or any AWS partner. Aggregate, redacted contract-benchmark data may be used internally to improve our negotiation services and produce industry research, but never tied back to an identifiable customer.
Cookies and analytics
The Site uses minimal first-party analytics to understand aggregate visitor behavior. We do not deploy advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking. Where regional regulation (GDPR, CCPA, UK GDPR) requires consent, we present a clear cookie notice on first visit.
Data retention
Contact-form submissions are retained for two years from last contact, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Client engagement records are retained for seven years to support audit-trail verification of documented savings.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have rights under CCPA.
Children
The Site is directed at enterprise buyers and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS), restricted-access form storage, and need-to-know access controls on engagement data. No system is perfectly secure; in the unlikely event of a breach we will notify affected individuals consistent with applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a posted change constitutes acceptance.
